Welcome to Twin Teez. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any Twin Teez product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Twin Teez

Twin Teez creates and sells original apparel and merchandise featuring designs created for the Twin Teez brand.

Product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, fabric information, and other product details are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and images are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on the customer's device, monitor, browser, lighting, and other display settings.

2. Product & Fabric Information

We believe customers should know what they are purchasing.

Twin Teez identifies the fabric/material composition and sourcing information for our products on the applicable product page whenever that information is available to us.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size information, fabric information, care instructions, and other product details before placing an order.

Textile products must also comply with applicable labeling requirements concerning fiber content, country of origin, and care instructions.

Twin Teez does not make an unqualified claim that a product is “Made in USA” unless the product meets the applicable legal standard for that claim.

3. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart provided for each product before ordering.

Because sizing can vary between garment styles, manufacturers, and cuts, customers should not assume that their usual size will correspond to the same size in every Twin Teez product.

Please measure carefully before placing your order.

An incorrect size selection by the customer does not automatically qualify for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange.

4. All Sales Are Final

Twin Teez does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering the wrong color, or personal preference.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customer-selected incorrect size
  • Customer-selected incorrect color
  • Change of mind
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Ordering multiple sizes for comparison
  • Personal preference regarding fit
  • Personal preference regarding color
  • Differences between the customer's screen display and the physical product
  • Failure to review the product description or size chart before ordering

All sales are final unless Twin Teez determines that an accommodation is appropriate under the circumstances described below.

5. Reasonable Customer Accommodations

Although Twin Teez maintains a no-return/no-exchange policy, we understand that circumstances can happen.

At our discretion, Twin Teez may provide a reasonable accommodation when circumstances warrant one.

Possible accommodations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Discount toward a future purchase
  • Other reasonable resolution

Any accommodation is determined case-by-case and does not create an obligation for Twin Teez to provide the same accommodation in another situation.

A previous accommodation does not modify or waive this policy.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what you ordered, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Twin Teez as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging when relevant

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Do not discard a damaged or incorrect item until Twin Teez has had an opportunity to review the claim, unless doing so is necessary for safety.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled, Twin Teez may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

7. Claims Concerning Print Quality

Printed apparel may contain normal variations associated with textile printing, including minor differences in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Ink appearance
  • Print placement
  • Print density

These ordinary production variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

However, if the product has a substantial printing error, missing portion of the design, significant misprint, or other material production defect, please contact us so we can investigate.

8. Color Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately.

However, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

Differences may occur because of:

  • Monitor settings
  • Phone/tablet displays
  • Screen brightness
  • Color profiles
  • Browser settings
  • Lighting conditions

Minor color variation alone does not automatically qualify an order for return or refund.

9. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Twin Teez reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment problems
  • Pricing errors
  • Product availability issues
  • Technical errors
  • Duplicate orders
  • Unauthorized use of payment information
  • Other circumstances that prevent reasonable fulfillment

If Twin Teez cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

10. Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Twin Teez reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, customs, transportation disruptions, or other events outside Twin Teez's reasonable control may affect delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

However, federal law places requirements on internet sellers regarding promised shipping dates. If a seller cannot ship within the promised period—or within 30 days when no shipping period is stated—the seller may have to provide the customer with a delay option or refund.

12. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Twin Teez is not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Twin Teez may require additional shipping costs before reshipping the order.

13. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once tracking indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Twin Teez cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, the property manager, household members, neighbors, or delivery service regarding missing packages.

Twin Teez may assist with a carrier investigation when reasonably possible.

14. Intellectual Property

All Twin Teez original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, written content, product descriptions, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Twin Teez unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy Twin Teez designs
  • Reproduce artwork
  • Sell Twin Teez artwork
  • Modify designs for commercial use
  • Claim Twin Teez artwork as your own
  • Use Twin Teez branding without permission
  • Upload Twin Teez designs to another merchandise platform
  • Manufacture unauthorized products using Twin Teez artwork

Unauthorized use may result in enforcement of applicable intellectual-property rights.

15. Customer-Submitted Content

If customers submit photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, artwork, or other content to Twin Teez, the customer represents that they have the right to provide that material.

Customers should not submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

16. Website Use

You agree not to use the Twin Teez website to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt website operations
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Scrape or reproduce website content for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Impersonate Twin Teez
  • Interfere with another customer's use of the website

Twin Teez reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

17. Third-Party Services

Twin Teez may use third-party companies for services such as:

  • Payment processing
  • Website hosting
  • Printing
  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping
  • Email
  • Analytics
  • Advertising

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Product Safety & Care

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the product.

Twin Teez is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, improper washing, improper drying, ironing, bleaching, chemical exposure, alterations, misuse, or other treatment inconsistent with the provided care instructions.

Apparel sold in the United States is also subject to applicable federal clothing safety and labeling requirements.

Important: If Twin Teez sells products specifically marketed for children, additional children's-product requirements may apply.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twin Teez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase or use of our products or website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Teez's total liability relating to a particular purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twin Teez and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the website
  • Your violation of another person's rights
  • Your unlawful conduct
  • Your unauthorized use of Twin Teez intellectual property

21. Force Majeure

Twin Teez is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Power outages
  • Internet or technology failures
  • Labor disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supplier disruptions
  • Printing or fulfillment disruptions
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Public health emergencies
  • Other events outside reasonable control

22. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim against Twin Teez, the customer agrees to first contact Twin Teez and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue informally.

The customer should provide the order number, description of the dispute, and requested resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue whatever remedies are available under applicable law.

Attorney note: I would have a lawyer decide whether Twin Teez should use mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, small-claims carve-out, or a specific venue provision. Those clauses can have significant enforceability consequences and shouldn't be copied into a template blindly.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Twin Teez and the transaction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

New Jersey may be identified as the governing jurisdiction after confirming where Twin Teez is legally organized and operates.

24. Changes to These Terms

Twin Teez may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will not retroactively alter rights that cannot legally be changed retroactively.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies incorporated into the website, constitute the agreement between the customer and Twin Teez concerning the applicable transaction, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
